Clearly Besotted Teasers – Love Bugs

Hi! Happy Saturday! I hope you’re having a lovely week! We’ve still got two more projects to show you, and today I’m showing one character from the ‘Love Bug’ set. Ladybirds are such fascinating creatures and so beautiful too. I’ve only done another simple project. I think we’re all a bit ‘created out’ by the time it gets to Christmas. I certainly want to do something a little different for sure.

I did some simple colouring and created a little texture using pencil.The cat reminds a little of a cute and naughty tabby that I know. He should be browner, but I went a little rogue with the colour scheme.

Remember when everything had ribbon on? I’ve used it twice this month and I’m starting a ‘bring back ribbon’ campaign 😉

Ribbon adds a little luxury and if you use it sparingly, it can give a real little pop of colour. I think I might treat myself to getter a whole rainbow of ribbon.

I love the patterned paper and the stripes so much. A really simple project. If you’re a beginner, this would be a great starter project for you.

We’ve only got one more day before the January Release is live and a brand-new Year is upon us. So much potential and so many brand-new choices to be made.
