Clearly Besotted June Release Day

Teaser Time

Release Day is here! I hope you’ve enjoyed all the Teaser projects. I’m back with a couple more cards today.

Firstly, a flowery card using the Forgive Me set. This A7 set is very useful for all sorts of techniques (kissing, no line colouring using a solid base, overstamping with a pattern etc etc). I’ve stamped a base colour here and added details using Prismacolors and a little watercolour.FullSizeRender (21)

I’ve also used the supremely versatile Shaker Shapes Square Word die-Hello but as a word die. Ir really makes a great central focus. These flowers aren’t enormous and are a lovely size for clustering.

My next project is using the ‘Eureka’ set. So many options; from congratulating someone who’s been clever, to a man card to a science nerd too!

I wanted to make a scene whilst still keeping most of the card uncluttered and when the Clearly Besotted Window die came through the post, I knew I’d found the perfect element.

I simply added an acetate layer behind the window frame and then added the little guy first and then the tree and ‘grass’ behind it.

I think it makes a cute scene and will be perfect for at least one of my teens come results day in August!

Have you found your favourite? I think mine is..well, that would be telling!

The stamps and dies will be available in the store and also at Simon Says Stamp and Ellen Hutson tonight at 10pm (BST)…so don’t miss them!

Please continue to check out the blogs (links on the Clearly Besotted Stamps blog) to see what Stephanie and the rest of the girls have been busy crafting!

See you soon, and thanks for keeping me company over the past few days!

I love those lilies … your colouring is brilliant and I just love what you did with the little animals for the get well and the “diggin you” … Not forgetting that amazing window scene … That is clever! Wow, what a great card Keren. The flowers look like they’re growing right out of the paper. I love the pops of black and that cute splash of yellow polka dots. The second card is cute with him peeking in the window. Your so incredibly talented, love your work. Thanks for sharing and inspiring.

2 very beautifully coloured cards, Keren! As a fan of flowers, I especially like how you put together the first card, “popping” those flowers up from your card and the arrangement/embellishments! The window “Eureka” card is too cute for words …

Your skills have such a broad range…lovely & elegant to cute & fun. Those flowers look amazing surrounding that die…what a terrific idea. And your little Isaac Newton-ish raccoon looks adorable under that apple tree. I’m sure one of your children will be pleased as punch. This has been such fun watching what you do with these new products.
