Clearly Besotted February Teasers Day 1

Hello!

How are you ? Hope you’re having a good week. It’s rolled around again to Teaser Time. We have 4 days of Teasers if you’ve never visited before and then on February 1st the whole release is available. But before we get to that- let’s see which set we’re looking at today.

The sets today are called “Whatever The Weather’ and ‘Whatever The Weather Friends’. We all have those days where you just need friends around you to tell you’ll be there for you, come rain or shine. Well this is a card to let your friend know how much they care!

This month, I’ve gone more simple. Paring back the elements and the ‘Whatever The Weather’ set does all the ‘heavy lifting’ for you, leaving you to simply add colour. I’ve not added too much- keeping a little colour confined to the friend’s jacket and scarf and then echoing the orange in the cardstock layer.

Choosing textured card really adds texture and a little depth. Even adding the sentiment onto a strip of cardstock adds a layer without cluttering up the card. All really easy techniques.

These two friends are putting the world to rights over a walk around the park. I’ve done the same on many an occasion although with the cold windy weather currently, I’m quite happy to stay at home!
