Keren_oct2015How are you?

Thanks for all your lovely comments over the past week- I’ve loved reading them all!

Due to being slightly intellectually challenged..I hadn’t clocked that there were in fact 5 Saturdays in October ! So- without wanting to disappoint you, you’ve me over on the Winnie & Walter blog for next Saturday too! It’s a wonder I can remember my kids names or where I live 😉 !

This week; different styles of party invitations.

I’m just posting one and for the other two- you’ll have to go and visit the Winnie & Walter Blog
photo 2-71 copy

I thought I’d create some chinese lanterns in a night sky using The Party stamp set.

It’s such a great versatile set and I started off with a white card blank and added the yellow light areas first and then put in the black around the edges with distress inks. I’ve used Squeezed Lemonade, Spiced Marmalade and Black Soot. Add a little pearlescent mist and some glitter to add some theatre. The lanterns are simply coloured with Copics.

Hope there are some ideas here to inspire you a little when creating invites or cards for Parties.

Don’t forget about the $30 gift voucher that Shay & Julie have so kindly donated. This week if you’re commenting, I’d love to know your favourite Winnie & Walter stamp set!photo-149

Next week will be a mix..there’s a whole lot of shiny new exciting products on the way.. and you’ll see some of them for my last Saturday next week! If you want to see the brand new Winnie & Walter release, check out their blog on the 26th Oct. Visit here from the 27th to the 30th everyday for some projects created using shiny stamps, delicious dies and superb stencils!

Have a wonderful weekend,

xx

Okay then. Just got back from W&W’s blog. Whoop! Unbelievable invitations. If I got one of these, I’d definitely go to the party just to see the decorations. Hopefully, the party planner…you…wouldn’t be too exhausted to decorate the venue after making these AWESOME invites. This makes me sooooooo happy that you’ll return next week. W&W is really getting their money’s worth out of you.
