Hey! How are you doing today?

Day 4 already! Hope you’ve been enjoying all these sneaks of the new release.

Today I’m showing the cutest set ‘Happy Owlidays’ with Evelin T Designs for Winnie and Walter . I adore this set- full of cute characters plus lots of small images and extras to make a scene. The owl pair are one stamp and when I saw the bough, I thought it would make a lovely handle for a nature ‘lamppost’ combined with a star which they’ve caught to give some light.

I began by stamping onto some card with Archival Ink and then adding dots of Molotow masking pen. Leave it to dry really well and then add some Gansai Watercolours.Once you’ve coloured in, rub off the masking fluid and you’re left with a snow effect. I used quite light colours but if you use darker shades, the effect is even more pronounced.

Do pop over to the blog  and see what the other girls have created. We’re also showing the matching cutaway die set plus another new set-‘Seasons Tweetings’.

Don’t forget to comment on each day on the Winnie & Walter blog for a chance to win that day’s release or even the whole shebang! The release is available to purchase tonight at 10pm CST

Thanks for visiting and do check back tomorrow for a wonderful blog hop including our superstar guest Virginia Lu!

xx

These little guys are too sweet. They make me smile. I love the imaginative use of the branch.
