Clearly Besotted August Teaser !

Well it’s a pretty exciting day…it’s

Clearly Besotted Stamps (in case you didn’t know already ) is a wonderful stamp company with a really talented Design Team and a super lovely owner Stephanie. She got in contact with me to ask if I would join in with the August celebrations.

Of course, I said yes straight away!

She said on the Clearly Besotted Stamps blog yesterday that she’d been plucking up courage for ages to ask me… I must be super scary then.. although, just ask my kids, …that reason may well be correct !

Back to the stamps! Today I’m showing a card using a seriously cute dinosaur set. Perfect for little ones, dinosaur mad people, or generally those who are nearly extinct (he he).

It’s called ‘You Rock’ and you are going to want this one. We are showing teasers of the whole sets from now until the 4th and then the whole release is available on the 5th August..so plenty to whet your stamps appetite!

I think that those of you who visit here regularly know that my mind goes in unusual directions. When I saw this superb set, I thought ‘tug of war’. Doesn’t it shout that to you 😉 ?

These characters are really good fun and look cute, albeit with a little mischief thrown in there.

You can see the little anchor dino with the rope wrapped firmly around him- pulling in a different way for extra leverage!

Ideally, I wanted all different dinosaurs but there weren’t enough for 6 animals… I know I’m being greedy, there are 4 gorgeous little mites already, so I needed two in the same direction. They are cleverly designed so you can mess with them a little… see the ‘humps’ on the red and yellow prehistorics? I’ve cut them off the yellow one’s back and stuck them further along so you have a slightly different creature.

You can also cut off their heads and replace them, but I felt a little queasy at the thought so left that idea for another day.
