Clearly Besotted November Teasers Day 3

Hello! How’s all your organising going? Any Christmas cards made? Well I’m woefully behind, I could really do with a whole day spent batch making cards. Tags, I’m sorted, but these few cards from this month’s release is certainly helping the total!

Today I’m using ‘Tangled In Tinsel’. I used to hate tinsel, but its over the top charm and retro vibe certainly makes me smile. Whilst there’s no tinsel in this scene, there’s all the fun of those last minute preparations.

I wanted to have a complete room scene so used some Jen Hadfield ‘Reaching Out’ paper for the wallpaper. The set has a complete tree scene and you just add the characters helping decorate the tree. I used one of last month’s sets ‘Merry Mix ‘n’ Match Squeak‘ for the mouse in the window.

I love the way the fox is jumping up to put the angel on top of the tree and the other creatures rushing around decorating the lounge. You could create a scene outside in the woods or combine it with other sets you already own.

That little mouse is exactly where I’d love to be right now, having a little nap after watching the flakes fall softly down from a gentle blue sky. Ahh, almost makes you want to reach for a mince pie!

It’s time to go over to Clearly Besotted’s Blog then onto Michelle, Lisa, plus Francine, Mona and Alberto . I can’t wait to see what they’ve created.
