Clearly Besotted July/Aug Teasers Day 1

Hello lovely blog friends! As some of you might know things are a little different this month. Due to some extended manufacturer lead times, Clearly Besotted had to delay their July release and so it’s combined with the August one for a bumper release.

With warmer days here, when I saw this Ring Around Summer set, I thought how much fun it would be to give them their own paddling pool.

Who doesn’t want an aqua coloured swimming pool! I couldn’t decided whether all the birds were real, or the pink flamingo was in the pool along with some inflatable pals, or this was simply what happens when the inflatables in the pool come to life.

It’s a simple card to construct, just lots of colouring and simple shapes. I love the giant floating pineapples too!

The cloud background is using the Clearly Besotted In The Clouds stencil. It’s so versatile, I love this stencil so much.

Just add some grass with a little scribbled watercolour and you’re done! I hope you get a chance to play with this set- these aren’t even the main image in the set!
