Clearly Besotted May Teasers Day 3

Hello lovely friends, how are you?

So glad you’re enjoying the new sets. Today I have a really beautiful set, ‘Love Roo’. It’s such a sweet set and I loved creating with it. Here’s the scene I made.

You’ll have to excuse the weird bit in the photograph that looked like someone has munched a little out. The portrait settings sometimes get a bit excited and blur the photograph edges! It’s a mum and baby having a stroll through the setting sun.

I’ve just used some Squeezed Lemonade, Spiced Marmalade and Worn Lipstick, blending them onto a piece of cardstock. I stamped and coloured the mountains and sun, trimmed them out and added to the card. Adding a solid piece of green cardstock provides a good base to add the kangaroos onto with the sentiment.

I really enjoy doing a blended background and it’s an easy way to get a perfectly matching backdrop to add the characters in your scene to.

Hope you enjoyed a first look at this set. I’m going to love using it again.

Now onto the Clearly Besotted Blog, Michelle, Lisa Francine and Adelle

See you tomorrow for a little light reading!

What a beautiful scene Keren — you’ll see mine tomorrow and the colours are so different! Such an adorable card and your colouring is amazing, I love the artsy look on the sun and the highlights on the roos! Fabulous! Xx
