Clearly Besotted May Teasers Day 2 !

Welcome back to Day 2! I hope you’re having a good day. Today we’re looking at the new set ‘Supermarket Sweep’. For those old enough and in the UK, you might remember a particularly cheesy TV quiz programme with that name. Well this set will make you smile for sure and had me stamping on a completely new surface to me!
As usual, there are some great punny sentiments and with it being topical and one of the abiding memories of lockdown, I thought I’d make use of one of the images and a matching sentiment. I got down some new toilet paper and cut it down into a strip thin enough to make it seem in proportion to the other toilet roll stamped images. Stamping on it was fine. I just used some Archival Ink and it stamped beautifully…who knew?!!
The little shopper is having a fine time.. but you know that nightmare moment…when you go to the bathroom and come out with it stuck to your foot. He’s trying to shake it off whilst not draw attention to it!!
There are plenty of shoppers stamps to adorn your cards and also the groceries so you can play shop just like you probably did as a kid!
It’s a fun set and perfect for anyone who likes to shop.

We also had that cheesy game show – it’s even been recreated recently!
LOve the pun, and these fun images. But, Keren, I got the biggest giggle from your use of ‘new’ toilet paper!! Thank GOODNESS!! So absolutely the most fun of any card I’ve seen today!

How long did it take you to roll up that toilet paper? You must be patient beyond words. Which is obvious when you see what a total masterpiece you made with this little masterpiece. It’s adorable.

Oh man, actual toilet paper on a tiny roll! You’re amazing! I love Supermarket Sweep. They’ve brought it back you know….. still as cheesy! This might have to go on my list….
