Altenew Paint-A-Flower: Chamomile Outline Stamp Set Release Blog Hop + Giveaway
April 22, 2021 at 2:00 pm 51 comments

Hello lovely blog friends! It’s time for a stamping release, and Altenew have a wonderful new set in the Paint-A-Flower series called ‘Chamomile‘. We’re hopping and celebrating the new set so a big welcome if you’ve come from Nathalie DeSousa‘s blog. If you fancy seeing it in order, then do start at the Altenew Card Blog.
I loved stamping and colouring and this is what I made;

I chose alcohol markers to colour it in and then added some Prismacolor around the edges of the image to soften the edges and give it some dimension.
Isn’t the sentiment so encouraging! I love that there are so many people I could send it to.
You might know about the Paint-A-Flower subscription that Altenew run. It guarantees you the monthly set and you also get a discount too, so if you love colouring, then this might be for you!

You might be able to see where I’ve cut around the edge of the flower and inserted some jade coloured cardstock with little white stripes of cardstock. It gives a little modern twist to the project and I’ve balanced the design with a tiny piece of the jade/white strip on the top left too. You can see where I added sequins on top of the where the image has dots to give a textural focus.
As usual, there’s a fabulous giveaway..
Giveaway Prizes:
$200 in total prizes! To celebrate this release, Altenew is giving away a $50 gift certificate to 2 lucky winners and a $20 gift certificate to 5 winners! Please leave a comment on the Altenew Card Blog and/or each designer’s blog post on the blog hop list below by 04/27/2021 for a chance to win.
Altenew will draw 7 random winners from the comments left on each stop of this blog hop and announce the winners on the Altenew Winners Page on 04/30/2021.
I hope you’ve enjoyed this project and a first look at the new Paint-A-Flower Chamomile stamp set.
All that’s left is for you to visit my lovely friend Virginia Lu for some guaranteed loveliness!
See you soon,
