Here’s a project from me…

I love these sets. I’ve used the cat mixed media template by first tracing around the right part of the template. It’s really well laid out and with detailed instructions so it’s easy to get going.

Once you’ve traced around the different parts, just rub out the overlapping bits and get ready to decorate. The great thing about the templates is that you can use them to mask the areas and stamp through.

I used the new beautiful Rose Layers stamp as I wanted to decorate the chest part- like it was clothing! I just used the Nuvo AquaFlow pens.

Next, you need to add the face. The little stamp set is a wonderful addition and makes making the cats really easy. You can change the ears and nose and position of the whiskers.

I’ve scored along the card so that when you cut around the top edge you can fold the top part backwards so it stands up by itself

Today, we’ve enlisted some super talented designers to inspire you with ideas on how to use these beautiful new stamps and templates! Hop along for lots of fun and inspiration!

Here is the entire blog hop line-up so you don’t miss a single stop…

Disclaimer: I’m not a mixed media artist, like you but this cat product is so appealing and so beautifully designed, I may have to rethink my stance. The roses make it even more special. Of course, it is brilliantly designed and colored by the one and only Keren.
