New Winnie and Walter Preview Day 1

August 29, 2017 at 12:01 pm 4 comments

Hi there! Welcome to a set of 4 posts of the next 4 days showing the latest Winnie and Walter release! You can WIN the entire release by visiting this post and following the directions!

Today’s projects are using the new In A word: Happy stamp set. It has different fonts all saying ‘happy’ then some smaller solid outline flowers and leaves. I’ve used the coordinating Cutaways for the set too.
To give them colour, I’ve used Tonic Nuvo Aqua Flow pens which I absolutely love! I’ve also used Lana Cutaways for the die cut base layer. I’ve used Tonic Nuvo Crystal Drops in Blue Lagoon for the tiny dots.

My second project is using a great new die set called In A Word: Birthday Tiles. The set comes with a fab frame to put the words into. I just used one of the words.

It’s not inlaid, I’ve just added layers of coloured cardstock behind the letter apertures. I’ve added the coordinating dies to the Happy stamp set for the ‘happy’. I can see these sets getting a lot of use around my craft room; real staples for everyday crafting!

Hope you’ve enjoyed these projects. Tomorrow I’m back with another set and a few more ideas. Don’t forget to pop over to the blog to see what the rest of the Talent came up with!

Thanks for visiting and see you soon!

xx

Don’t like them, love them. And I may need these products soon. That first card simply makes me (dare i say it?)…HAPPY. Placing the word within those flowers is brilliant. And the circle…you’ve taken it to another level…clean, colorful and spectacular.

Fabulous cards! Love how you coloured that ‘Happy’… Are those pens like zigs? Hope all is well with you…
