Winnie & Walter Release Day 5

Hey! Well, ok, strictly speaking it’s only the 4th day of the release, but I was counting from the initial reveal!

Today… some especially cute little guys from another set by Evelin T Designs ‘Welcome to The Family’. I’ve combined it with ‘Sentimental: Love’ and the stunning ‘Mini Scenery:Bed of Roses’.img_9676

First up- how cute are that little twosome! I tried a different way of adding detail; using dotted darker colours plus white gel pen highlights.

The background, which ended up better than it started šŸ˜‰ was using Glitter Embossing powder ( Wow! Embossing) and then colouring with Zig Clean Color markers and water.

Then just add in dots.

Make that 100’s of dots- but it gives an almost sparkling effect. Dots in different sizes and added randomly and you end up with an interesting effect!

The sentiments in the set are great for mixing and matching and it’s a super mini set that’s got lots of options.

Do pop over to the Winnie and Walter blog to see how the girls have interpreted the same stamp sets- I still find it amazing how all of our brains work in such different directions!

Enjoy your day; the stamps are all available today, so you’ll have lots to choose from!

See you very soon, and thanks for visiting today!

Keren, your card is beautiful! Your background is stunning, all of those little dots paid off, its a stunner! LOL
I am with you. It always amazes me to see so many different interpretations of one set being used. I guess that’s what I love about stamping. (I have 4, yes FOUR) sisters and we all have our own style of card making. Great fun!
