Seven Hills Crafts ‘We Appreciate You’ Blog Hop!

January 26, 2016 at 9:00 am 25 comments

Hi! Hope you’re ok.

Today is a little different. The girls from Seven Hills Crafts DT have got together to say a big ‘we appreciate you’ to Tara & Rick. They have worked so incredibly hard over the past year or so and particularly so over the past few months preparing the new website and branding, so we thought Julia’s idea of doing another blog hop was a great one!

Here’s what I’ve sent to them…

A fun card because they shine!

I’ve used a stamp and die set from a company that might be new to some of you…

Concord and 9th

I’ve used the Shine Brighter set

 With the matching die set

I’ve used distress inks to create the light effect. Do the yellow first and then add the black around the edges

I’ve added in some gorgeous sequins from Pretty Pink Posh.

To accentuate the sentiment, I’ve stamped the sentiment in a different colour onto a thinner piece of card.

Hope they like my card- and if you haven’t visited the store yet, do go and see what all the fuss is about at Seven Hills Crafts

I hope you’ll continue hopping along!

Next up is Jenny, who always comes up with something clever or witty!

This is the complete list.

Starts at Seven Hills Crafts blog

Keren ( here!!)

Jenny’s blog

Jill

Julia

Lydia

Hope you have fun visiting all the girls, and a massive well done to Tara and Rick who deserve a massive pat on the back for everything they’ve accomplished so far.

Here’s to more success for you guys!

Shine bright!

xx

Hi Keren, fabulous card. I’m not sure if it’s my browser but the width of the pictures seems too wide for the blog. I couldn’t see them unless I clicked on them, just letting you know in case it’s not just my browser 🙂

You, too, deserve a massive pat on the back. This bulb fairly glows right off the page. Honestly, it looks white hot, obviously, because of those amazing coloring skills of yours. And the treatment of the sentiment is…well…brilliant.

What a fun card! How sweet of you and your DT to do this for your friends. Love that bicolored sentiment, and that light bulb is awesome. Really great card.
