Add A Little Dazzle & Neat & Tangled Blog Hop Day 5!

Welcome to the final day of the Blog Hop. I really hope you’ve enjoyed the fab projects that the girls from both teams have posted.
My final project is just a bit of fun. When I opened this stamp set, ‘Gifts For You’, I was puzzling about what to create with it
I wanted initially to create an Andy Warhol-esque project, with different coloured backgrounds and hair colours and then whilst messing around with creating coloured hair, I finalised on this one. Again, as the hair was a solid stamp, you don’t have the luxury of simply stamping in a colour and cutting out, or the metal wouldn’t be seen. Likewise, stamp the image on the reverse of the metal and your image is the wrong way around once you turn the metal the correct way around. I used the stamping onto metal with Versamark technique, adding the clear embossing powder, heating to set (mind your fingers, the metal gets hot quickly) and then I have a line to cut around with the edge of the embossing but it still allows the colour and shine of the metal to be seen.
For the photo booth look and sentiment I’ve used the Photo Booth set
I’ve used Baby Blue & Pucker Me Pink craft metal a diddly bit of Outrageous Orange for the bow tie!
The boy and girl are fun images and the set is designed to create gorgeous tags too.
Here’s the rest of the list. I’m at the end, so just start at the beginning!

Keren, thank you for being a design Lee Ann, It has been an amazing week and I have enjoyed my meeting with Neat & Tangled. You have created an amazing card by combing Neat & Tangled stamp sets. Using Add A Little Dazzle craft metal sheet and fussy cutting the anchor is stunning. Thank you for being a designer on this blog hop!
