Circle Simple Card & Holidays!

Phew- these holidays are rocketing by and I hardly know where last week went! Having all the kids at home actually means I’ve very little time free so may not manage so much crafting.
This card couldn’t be simpler. Love the slightly ‘ombré’ look about it and combined with a set of Fancy Pants rub-ons makes a card you can complete in a dash.
Isn’t the Olympics fantastic?! We all stayed up to watch the opening ceremony and at the start we were all wondering quite where it was going but I have to say it was utterly original and completely British. I think most non-Brits would’ve understood most of it and now we’re all catching snippets of whatever we can. My absolute favourites so far have been the swimming and gymnastics. I used to do a lot of swimming when I was younger and and one part harboured and brief and fleeting desire to be a gymnast. Going to an after school gymnastic club soon killed that dream after I regularly failed (& abysmally too) to do a backward roll. What is it with those? Forward ones- no problem. Backwards rolls? Not sure we’re designed to do that kind of motion!!
Anyway- have to skedaddle- off to see a friend shortly and have a dentist appointment tomorrow- chipped a tooth whilst eating a French stick ( no, not all at once)!!.
See you soon, when I’ve finished resembling a hamster with one stuffed pouch!!
Xx
